Sam CThe person helping us was very nice. Based on that I bought new ratchet straps I'd normally have gone to Home Depot to get. Overall the UHaul text message updates were very helpful. The staff that I spoke with related to the reservation changes were very nice. The only odd thing was after agreeing to pull the empty trailer back I was told at pick-up that I should not unhook it to load the truck, so we were unable to use the truck ramp (no fun loading a sleeper sofa).
