Further away than my chosen location causing more mileage to be placed and more of an inconvenience on me. No place to leave truck that wasn't in the way or a handicapped parking space. You gave me the truck with half a tank instead of full. So when I returned the truck I had to guess and watch when to stop. I left it with more gas than you had given me and you still charged me for extra mileage that you forced me to make. I also was unaware that there was a mileage limit on the rental. I returned it 2 days early. This allowed you to rent it again and you still charged me for 9 extra miles. Will be looking for a different option next time I have to move.

We had a positive experience at this location. The employees were positive and helpful. We interacted with three other UHaul locations this past weekend and this was our best customer experience. I’d like to give a shout out to Carl, the regional manager who helped us solve issues and got us on our way as quickly as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

The online check in and checkout is way to complicated for someone not familiar with your system, many errors became frustrating and had to start over multiple times including multiple keynotes required to be sent to phone...I know now why u wanted us to start with fully charged phone
