He showed me around the units and was very frank about some construction caused problems (that would be fixed but not before my move in) that could cause me difficulties. He helped us with the best way in and out when we had a truck and helped us straighten out a trailer. He happened to be on the grounds and offered his help. I was very happy with the rental and would use them again.

One little problem…There is not a drop box for the U-Haul key. I arrived at the facility at 5:10 PM. I had to leave with the key and left a voicemail for the manager to let me know how to get the key to them, tomorrow. I have to be out of town by 8 AM in the morning. Needless to say, I have a great concern about this.

Mike DDon't make any empty promises to the customers. Let them know beforehand that they will not receive any kind of credit if they return the trucks a day early even though the trucks are only used for one day instead of 2 days. The same truck is rented to two different customers and u haul makes twice the money on the same truck if the truck is returned early.
