The facility was closed just did drop box.

Charged for an 3xtra day when the uhual order didn't have a return time listed. I returned uhual before 1:00pm. I also wasn't given enough miles to get to where I was going.

Lacey, who I thought was actually a really nice lady. I had to use my phone to get the whole thing to work because the manager wasn’t on site number one so the manager didn’t help number two. We agreed on the drop off site and it was no problem whatsoever and it took a long time and I agreed to a drop off location and a price however I was instructed that I dropped it off at the wrong place and I got overcharged. I’ll never run from these people again.
