I placed my order on 10/10 for a 15’ truck with 12 moving pads and utility cart & dolly, $838 after all taxes. U-Haul changed the pickup time/location the night before pickup date. When I picked up, tge U-Haul was full of dirt, mud, & BROKEN GLASS. No furniture pads or appliance dolly and i was charged $870 instead of the $838 per my reservation. Absolutely disgusting U-Haul. I had to clean it for a hour while movers waiting, just so we could put our stuff in it. Broken glass, unbelievable. I’ve rented 3 uhauls in last year, prior 2 were fine, this one was beyond gross.

NP Mart 10 should NOT be a UHaul location. The person checking me out had literally no idea what they were doing and communicated poorly. I essentially had to operate the computer check-out system myself. It took about 30 minutes to check out. The truck was also not cleaned out.
Chris FIt took me almost 2 hours to even get my truck. In the heat. And now you want to charge me for miles. How about you reimburse me for cleaning sticky pop off the seats and throwing away trash from the truck. Also inside back of the uhaul smelled like poop!
Stephanie Einstructions for where to park at this location would be helpful, or just making sure that the people who work at the gas station know what to tell Uhaul customers who are dropping off there.
