No one contacted us with a code to get in lock box to get key for uhaul. After calling you for code, we still could not open it. Finally over a half hour later the station attendant was able to get it opened. He stated you gave us the wrong code when we called you. You need to improve your pick up procedure at this location and follow through with contacting customer the day before pick up time like we were told you would. We rented the truck for Fremont pick up and was changed to pick up in Omaha which was ridiculous. After calling it was changed to Wahoo. At this point we hope we never have to rent a uhaul again.
