They did not have the 2 dolleys or padding that I requested, and did not do anything to help me get it. They made it my problem when they should have just gotten it in the first place. I had to bring their UHaul truck to another location 40 minutes away from my house to get the dolleys and padding, and when I had to return it I had to bring those to the further location and the truck to NR Auto. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. Neither location could help me in the way I needed, and I couldn't get a discount from either of them, they both directed my to talk to the other location when I asked.
Audra TThis was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul, and I rent from them regularly due to my work in transitional housing, where we move furniture frequently. I received a confirmation email, but when I arrived to pick up the truck, they informed me that I could only check in online, and no one there could help. After about ten minutes, they finally offered assistance, but they weren’t very tech-savvy, so the process took much longer than expected, wasting a lot of my time. The staff was impolite as well—even when I asked where I could park my car, they simply told me, "You can’t park here, find somewhere else." Overall, it was a truly awful experience!
