Uhaul addeda fuel service charge along with Fuel cost. I put in more fuel than I used so I dispute this and want a credit for these 2 additional charges.

The cost ends up being almost the same as hiring movers outside, so there’s really no difference. It’s also a lot of hassle and only useful for very short moves from one nearby street to another. On top of that, extra charges were added for no clear reason and money was taken unexpectedly.
mahsa pam very disappointed with my recent experience at U-Haul. I am giving one star mainly because of the extremely poor customer service at the front desk. The staff’s attitude and way of speaking were unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, they were impatient and dismissive, which made the entire rental process unpleasant. Moving is already stressful, and customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.
