Unit was not cleaned well; I found some dirt & thumb tacks on the floor that should had been vacuumed before.

I had a little bit of a hard time seeing what store to go into for U-Haul it’s branded as a different store. The owner was fantastic. She was wonderful. Everything went very smooth. It just didn’t have the appearance of a U-Haul place.
