Everything was fine . What bothered me was I got charged for the vehicle insurance $14 and I chose not to. Also I filled up the gas ,going only 64miles and it took over 10 gallons of gas. Not real happy with uhaul

We rented a 4x9 utility trailer with ramp for 24 hours. Nagel's was excellent with communication and service, very pleasant to work with. The trailer is awesome, very hefty and pulls super steady. A1+** transaction.

Had to sweep out the trailer as it was not clean enough for us to haul our mattresses. Swept out twigs leaves and nails long with other dirt.

While this location was excellent, UHaul has fallen far over the years. The last move had me at the same day, when picking up the truck and no notice plus 45 miles away. This move has the truck being cancelled with no call (I don't care about your lie), a very rude corporate woman, a second call and more lies, and only to find out what was to be a local truck was sent on a one way trip (another lie). Add to that that a supervisors was promise to call me back on Saturday, between 7-7:30 am and of course another lie. Do you train your people to professionally lie? Still want a call back from a supervisor or above.

Staff went above and beyond when another UHAUL facility was unable to do the delivery of our pods during our move. Kept us informed of delivery unlike other UHAUL facilities .

Our pod arrived three weeks late and damaged, but Uhaul has only refunded the $50 per day, still charging us for pod rental (during the time it was missing), as well as the $203 remaining of the transit charge. In my opinion, because our items arrived not only late, but damaged, we should not have to pay for any transit fees or for the pod rental during the weeks it was missing. We are very disappointed with our experience.

The pick up location was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the overall experience was overwhelmingly frustrating. I reserved a truck four weeks prior to the date I needed it but was forced to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck. The next time I need a truck I will use Penske (even if it's a little more expensive) in the hope they will be more reliable.

I was scared for my life. Three kids were building a "race car" out of an old Grand Am, driving it like they were indeed racing it....moving old cars with fork lifts on the property...just acting like crazy people. Yes...I was scared. The trailer was parked in the mud...tires/wheels packed with chunks of mud.

The trailer was very old with bad wiring. When we reached our destination we found our belongings soaking wet and and many things ruined due to the trailer leaking. I am disgusted!!!!!!

Confirming and completing the request earlier is important. Moving is stressful and a big process so to hear that I had to drive almost 1 hour out of my way to pick up a uhaul is unacceptable. I did not receive this information until 1.5 days prior to the pick up. I think dubmitting a request online more than a week in advance should allow the company to fulfill the confirmed order.

I would like to dispute the fuel charges. The vehicle did not have a full tank when I picked it up. I returned it with the same amount of fuel according to your fuel gauge.

Chris Nagel, the owner of the business went above and beyond in helping with making sure the trailer was properly secured and at the right height so the hitch didn't bottom out going over low areas. He instructed me on the proper way to load the vehicle and secure it properly. I would recommend this business to anyone. Very helpful.

Chris was great to work with. The truck was clean and he made sure I was offered all options I might have needed for using the truck to move. Next time I would like to pay by check or cash to avoid the extra charge for paying with my credit card. This is not any fault on Chris's part but use of my vredit card added an expense I should have been able to avoid by knowing about it. Otherwise, thank you Chris for your help & good service!

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE CHAIN HOOKUP THAT TOOK THE MAN ALMOST AN HOUR WITH OUR HELP TO FIX. THE UNIT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY RETURNED WITH THE CHAIN IN A BIG TANGLE. WE WERE TO HAVE PICKED UP UNIT IN PRAIRIE DU CHIEN AND THIS LOCATION IN EASTMAN WAS 18 MILES OUT OF PDC. SO IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES PLUS THE HOUR ISSUE BEFORE WE WERE READY TO GET GOING. THE PLUS SIDE OF THIS STORY IS THAT OUR NEW VEHICLE, GMC DENALI HAD A MANUFACTURE DEFECT IN THE PIECE THAT LINKS THE LIGHTS TO THE TRAILER. THE TWO MEN WERE THERE TO HELP US FIGURE OUT THAT PROBLEM AND GET US ON THE ROAD. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT HELP. FOR THIS REASON I RATE THE LOCATION AS EXCELLENT.
