We took the truck to the Alexander City location where they said to return it to and the pawn shop was closed so we searched where to return it to a location that was open cause i had blankets and a rectangle flat dolly to be checked back in. we located Nails Convenience Store and drove 31 miles to return everything. The man there said we had run over the miles we were to have used and he would have to charge for the overage of miles. I told him that had we not had to come 31 miles to return it so everything could be checked in we wouldnt have run over. His reply was did they tell you to bring it here? I said i have 48 throws and a flat dolly to be returned and i wanted to make sure someone checked them in. He said i have only been doing this two weeks and i do have the ability to check anything in and i have no computer to give you a receipt so i can only e-mail you . VERY POOR BUSINESS IN MY OPINION> I told do what ever you like if i dont like the results i will get American Express to handle it. My total opinion of this whole rental and out come is not good. I have rented for u-haul in the past but am very disappointed with this experience. Where i made the reservation on Dogwood Dr in conyers where i had to retun to get 48 throws and a flat dolly the young lady said she would note the problems and i would be getting a discount. The vehicle also had 158 miles to empty on fuel and i took pictures and i put $118.00 worth of gas it the vehicle which i have receipts for. Just a little bit of my dealing and disappointment with U-HAUL. Thank You for listening. William
