Daniel WThe app kept looping, I had to call Uhaul for help. Inhad tonipen 4 lock boxes with dufferwnt coses to find the key. All set to go and battery on truck was dead. Called back. Got different truck I had to walk the entire storage area to find, of course it was in the very back. It was 20' truck/scary to drive, barely fit in driveway. I needed 10'. Arrived at 7:30am to Southside. I left Southside at almost 9am. Dropped off the truck at 1:30pm, drove 12 miles all together and was charged $60. Frustrated. Pay humans to work for you on location, please. What an awful experience while also dealing with stress of moving.

Was driver side rear bottom right of bos or top right over cab from front.. Site said bottom left. Also unable to validate gas and milea until I got keys after this step in the site...

Michael LThe gear shifter, key, and light switch were not functioning appropriatly. The office was empty with no customer service and do to the policies of uhaul no accomodations or price adjustments could be made. The requested appliance dolly was unavailable and I had to spend an additional 30 min for customer service to figure things out. Why trust a nationwide brand with such calamity?

Kirstin RCleaned windshield would have a been a good thing. Lots of bird droppings and dirt were distracting while driving, especially into the sun. The interior of the cab was clean.

JUAN CWhen I was going to check in there was no one at the desk, no sign in the window on what to do and when I called the phone number I received a standard not here message. In the future have a sign in the window saying be right back or when I call a number have it forward to a cell phone. In this day and age it would be nice to have communication.

cary hWe received excellent service at both locations - Thank-you. HOWEVER - Your website needs help. I made my initial reservation on-line, established an account, gave all the requested info, including credit card. Then received a confirmation email - good. Then I received another email asking if I wanted to pre-check-in. Again I got to repeat most of the same info as before, but now it wants to charge my card, which I thought it already did, so I stopped - not wanting to double charge my card. Later, assuming enough time had passed for the system to take my funds, I tried to pre-check-in again as to minimize personal contact on-site, (a great idea). When I logged back in, the system displayed a list of locations. I assumed my location would be on top, (but it wasn't even showing until I scrolled down a page), so I erroneously click on the wrong location and it proceeded to make me re-reserve to same unit and proceeded to charge my card. So I did it, OOPS! My new email confirmation said I made another reservation and now at two different locations. So I cancelled the second one. Twice, because it didn't show that I cancelled it. And it DIDN'T CANCEL IT! And it charged me again. I got it straightened out with your kind location folks, but what an on-line hassle. Then I started getting cross-selling spam for storage I never asked for or wanted. :( PS - Your insurance is WAY too expensive. It cost more than the rental! Had it been $5 or $10, I may have done it, but it turns out I didn't need it anyway and would have been a waste of money.
