I selected 'check out at counter' when reserving the truck. When I walked in and said I had a Uhaul rental reserved, he told me that he doesn't deal with Uhaul and I had to do everything online. He did finally help me, because it wasn't working well on my phone. The whole time he told me he hated Uhaul and their system. I also had reserved an appliance dolly for $10. He told me that it was already in the truck. When we got to the location to move our things there was a regular dolly in the truck. Not only is that a $7 rental, but it is much smaller and doesn't have the strap to secure the item. I was charged $10 for the dolly. Very disappointed in this rental.

The guy at the counter was not helpful at all. Told me he doesn't have anything to do with the U-Haul rentals. It ended up taking me 1hr to finally check out the truck.
Jennifer BDrop off was a breeze, we called and were able to drop off the truck one day early. Person at counter was helpful and pleasant! No improvements on this end!
