The facility and employees at this facility were awesome! Great customer service. They went above and beyond. I HATE the online process and check-in. I'm a tech saavy person and have been using an iphone forever. The checkin process is always horrible. The website kept saying location services were not allowed, when they were clearly allowed on my phones options. It doesn't let you move on or go any further. If someone hadn't been at the office we wouldn't have been able to do the self check in.Mark D.

This was not a good experience. The moving day and pickup location were carefully planned out and movers were arranged. 24 hours prior to pickup a confirmation email was received, so I thought everything was on track. We went to the pickup location we had selected and they told us the truck was 35 minutes away. I had to pay for movers that were waiting on us, even when they weren't moving. UHaul said they called and left a message but their were no messages. This is a very flawed process. Why would you send out a confirmation email less than 24 hours saying the truck would be at our pickup location when UHAUL new prior to that the truck was not located at the facility we reserved? Someone from UHAUL could have drove the truck to our location or even that morning. I also selected in person pickup and drop off and that was changed by UHAUL to use the app. When I called to find the new pickup location they said it was closed. I had just spoke with someone there and they said they were open, yet UHAUL representative said it was closed. Clearly the system is flawed, and not meant to help the customer. Moving is extremely stressful already, then add the cost of everything. This was poor service, uncoordinated, and I expected better service from UHAUL. I don't see the point of having a customer make selections or a reservation when you're just going to do whatever you want anyway, and to not contact us in advance when you knew the truck was NEVER going to be at the location. The person at the counter said they never have the larger trucks at their location and was surprised they allowed us to choose it. UHAUL should have had the vehicle delivered to accommodate the customer or let us know right away that the truck was in a different location. Less than 24 hours prior to our move is horrible and to say that a message was left. There is no way to confirm the customer has received the information with this short of notice.Mark D.

The main issue with the drop off was it is a gas station with the counter person having no knowledge of u haul procedure. They just told me to leave my trailer in the lot. It wasn't until I spoke with customer service and they said I should receive a receipt for the drop off didn't get any paperwork from the drop off location. This took about 45 minutes.Paul W.

Make sure previous renter cleans the vehicle for candy bar wrappers and dirt in the container unit. I took care of the wrappers but I did not have a broom to sweep out the dirt from the unit. I should have called but was to busy loading truck. I was charged $5 for the 1 minute it probably took someone to sweep the unit clean. Lesson learned!!!Robert S.
The side of this brand new truck was badly damaged and should have been repaired before putting in service. There was also severe damage to the tail gate area and the easy slide ramp was extremly hard to open and even harder to close!! these items should have been taken care of before letting the truck back into service not only was it extremely hard to use the ramp but the body damage was embarrasing too. I ended up having to keep the UHaul another day. I was informed when I picked the truck up that keeping it another day would be $40 which is fine. However I recieved a phone call from a person from this location and he was quite rude about me keeping the truck another day. He gave me an attitude saying well I am lucky nobody wanted this truck that day. That was very uncalled for.BRADFORD R.

6x12 Trailer door very hard to slide open and close, most likely due to poor maintenance on the rollers and roller tracks. Had to sweep out the inside due to broken glass on trailer floor. Bottom line is that I returned it in better condition than when I picked it up. U-Haul should pay me the cost of my rental !RICHARD D.

I rented it got two days to move I loaded and left that night arrived at my new house in clay city at 10pm that night had it unloaded by 5pm the next day drove the uhaul .6 of a mile from my house and still got charged a $30 late fee now I'm fighting to get that taken off every time I use this company it's a mess with billing I had until the next day at 9am to return it still got charged $30john H.
