Hold down strap broke while hauling the vehicle causing it to come partially off the trailer. There was significant damage to the front of the vehicle and damage to the trailer. If the vehicle has broke free there quite possibly would have been injury or fatality to an innocent person on the highway.Randy T.

When the next customer reserves equipment don't give it away to someone else. Actually have it there and give it to them. I drove 730km's to pick up a 20' truck and auto transport and there was no auto transport there for me when I arrived. Then I had to get a hotel that I didn't plan on getting, I had to drive the next day to an alternate location 80km's out of the way (160km's both ways) so I burned extra fuel and lost extra time. All that uhaul did was give me the auto transport for free. They promised me that an agent would call me within two days and see what else they could do. But nobody ever called. I'll never use uhaul or recommend them to anybody again.Josh K.

The unit was dirty inside and out. Had to clean all windows and mirrors before I could even drive it. Unit was dirty on the outside and covered in dead insects. Cab floor was also dirty with spilled cat food on the floor along with other debris. Cargo floor was also dirty, not swept out.gavin W.

Within 20 miles of travel the"check fuel cap: light on the vehicle came on. I talked to roadsie assistance and was allowed to continue. When fueling the vehicle about 12 litres of fuel was spilled. I felt that there was a leak in the top of the fuel tank. This leak could have created the "check fuel cap" problem.Robert W.

The man at this location was very helpful in trying to assist us with a discrepancy with an overcharge on our uhaul. This man was very helpful but the main Uhaul company was difficult to work with. We were promised 10 free days to move our uhaul to be parked at the Nanton location after they changed our drop off location from Lethbridge to Nanton. Then we were not given our promised free miles either. It was a pain to solve, but the end result was positive and we got a discounted rate for our troubles. So in the end it all worked out.dani L.

A definite language barrier was an issue, especially for my elderly father in law. The way things are done electronically is 100% frustrating, I had to use my personal phone to do his transactions which caused even more confusion. The drop off date turned out to be wrong, and even though it was dropped off 3 days earlier than was written, there was no rebate. U-Haul used to be a great thing, not so anymore.frank D.

Only because uhaul has a Monopoly on the market. The service was questionable. The unit was covered with snow. Took a while to get the contract cleared up. There were discrepancies. The clerk was overwhelmed.Charles L.

The operator of this facility is fantastic. I have tried in the past to rent but this is the first time im Able to get a Piece of equipment ... he needs equipment all the time most times nothing here .Jennifer W.

When I arrived I let the few costumers go ahead of me knowing that I would take more time with service. I was then asked to Step back so customers could be served faster. After 15 min and multiple interruptions I said no and the processed finish. Also, better tires for winter conditions would be great, the thing slide around like crazyChristina B.

Signage to location was limited. Other than that the trailer worked perfect and price was right. I used a debit card which seemed to cause problems and a delay. I would definitely use again.larry H.
