The person didn’t speak clear English. That place had no tools to change a ball. We asked what size ball, when we got there it was wrong. Wanted help lifting the trailer onto the hitch. Just very poor representation.

When I picked up the unit, it was very dirty on the outside, had the Check Engine light on and was only half full of fuel. When I informed the attendant, his response was "what can we do". Would be nice to get a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas and properly serviced so there is no Check Engine light on.
Peter LWhen we took the vehicle, there was under half a tank of gas in it. When we brought it back, we had to fill it to the mark we took it at, and that’s difficult to figure, so we filled it more. We didn’t want to get charged extra for gas. The gas tank SHOULD be full when a person picks it up, so that we can top it up and pay for exactly what we used. Especially at the price of gas right now! This wasn’t fair that we ended up paying more! I would recommend the location as they are friendly enough, but I’m really not happy with how it’s not part of procedure to have the tank filled!
