This location was not prepared for us to pick up the equipment. The place was dirty and freezing cold, and the person providing service was extremely hard to understand when he was speaking and did not give any instructions as English was not his language.

At drop-off, I met Mosanio (??), who was very pleasant and made sure I had enough gas in the truck to qualify. He was very knowledgeable, knew the process, and gave excellent service. Thank you, Mosanio(??). Both U-Haul Representatives made this stressful time in our lives a little easier. I will tell this story every time I mention our move. Garry DThe truck was clean but the windows and mirrors were dusty so I could see much. After I washed them off at home, all was well.
Jeffery Rit took me 2hrs to drive to pick up the trailer if only i have enough time for my plan travel i will find another moving company to rent a trailer.
