Truck was absolutely filthy with trash and food containers in the front and back with food still in it. Someone had spilled something all over the front cabin and it was sticky and smelled. Worst part is that I was charged an extra cleaning fee because I returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up. Definitely not happy.

After drop off of equipment it took 3 days before they actually put in as returned. I had to contact customer service several times to be sure I was not over charged due to them putting it in late.

BETHINA LThe pick up process took a long time here. At first, the person could not find my reservation. Then it took a long time to complete the pickup as there was only one person working. The truck was also nearly empty on gas, we would not have even made it out of the parking lot if the pickup location was not a gas station.
