Nobody at the counter despite desk pickup. Installed app and key was not in the box they gave me the combo to. After an hour finally got other box combo. Then the truck was blocked in by a car parked in the road. I had to go store to store to find the owner. At drop-off there were. No spots in whick I could park. I spoke to the supervisor Adam who said he would give me a discount but after two weeks, it hasn't happened.
