I got to the location to pick up and the key box didn’t work, so we called and got told we had to drive to another location to talk to the manager so we did and she did come open it for us but because it took so long, I lost 1.5 hours of my 3 hour reservation just to get the key! It was ridiculous and the manager was not nice and called us a b*tch when she walked away!!

The location on Remembrance Road in Walker Michigan is in a perfect location, otherwise I would have to drive to one of three locations across town in Grand Rapids. The representative that works this location is very kind and easy to work with. He is a true asset for your company.

STEPHEN BThis truck needs a fuel float … I drove less than 14 miles. I only needed to refill to appx 1/2 tank, but when I fueled, even after 12 GALLONS the gauge didn’t budge, then all the sudden BAM it was over 3/4 full. I paid $42 for gas when I should’ve only put possibly $20 in because the gauge sucks. Super upset.
