U-Haul pickup location was changed twice, from the place where the reservation was made to the large storage rental place to the shell station in the parking lot of the U-Haul storage facility. The lady was not helpful and could not help me work through the issues scanning my license into the app or uploading the pictures of the vehicle. There was no option to do a walk around with a checkout sheet. I dropped off the vehicle and took pictures but was not able to upload them to the app, the only option was to take the pictures through the app. I did speak to two people at the 1-800 number who were helpful. I will rent from U-Haul in the future but will not pick it up from a not U-Haul location
David LWe were charged way more than we were supposed to be. The desk attendent had to call the manager when we pick up and dropped off and we had to talk to the manager through the attendants cellphone. It was a mess.
