BETSY LMaking sure customer is in the system. I had to travel to another location to find out my reservation wasn’t finished. The guy at that location was too focused on closing that he lost a potential customer. The only thing saved my reservation and my trip that night was the customer service rep calling and extending my time.

Angelo PI have used a 6 by 12 trailer twice to haul furniture. It is beyond ridiculous to expect customers to deal with the tongue weight of these trailers. Why is there not some sort of jack on the trailer?? I'm in good shape and handled it but what about someone else without my strength?? It has to be at least 120 lbs if not more, so Uhaul needs to invest in jacks for these trailers.

kyle gI called uhaul and asked for a reimbursement because tire blew out and took 4 hours for someone to come repair. This took away time I had to go unload trailer. No one contacted me. Please refund.

BRIAN WThe truck had no oil in it so we had to fill the oil up as the oil the as on. They hounded me the day before it was due back to when I was bringing the truck back and if it was going to be back by 7:30am even though I never picked up till 230pm for I didn’t get a full two days worth of use.

John Pgot there at 9 am.. didnt leave til after 10:30 or so vehicle transporter i was picking in was blocked in by another trailer. so got stuck waiting which put me behind on my loadimg the teuck and getting to my destination before Ujaul location there closed to remove the vehicle transporter. Not to mention even before i could get my things loaded into the truck the check engine light came on and i had to contact the first location, they had me call uhaul customer service which then transferred me to roadside assistance which kept me on hold for almost 15-20 mins for someone to answer then stuck on phone with them. whole experience was a mess from bevinning to end. Do not recommend.
