The location did not seem to have cameras or a means for a customer to have proof of drop off during non-business hours. The location for the drop off was an open parking lot which could be subject to someone taking a trailer.

Don't double charge your customers!! I used my credit card to hold the tow dolly and paid cash at the end and my credit card was still charged after I was insured it would not be. Well I have rented 2 times at Uhaul and my total rental fees have been $612.64 90% of which was milege. I won't use them again. My last rental was 458.29 I went to Vineland, NJ and back. I would rather pay a rental fee then have some free miles. I was charged $29.95 rental for the truck and $10 for an appliance cart; the rest was for miles ($418.34) that's unreal and unfair. I won't be using U-haul again.

I dropped off trailer after hrs. I think the only thing I didn't see was a posting regarding it was ok to drop trailers or uhaul trucks off after hours. So I hoped there was at least cameras would know for sure that I did drop off and hopefully no one would come to take trailer since it was just an open driveway but very neat and clean.

Make the express check-in actually work. I had to provide almost all of the information again in the store. Equipment was a car dolly. Center pinion was in bad need of grease and the left taillight had approximately 1/3 of the LEDs out in it. People were extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived at the store.
