The front desk agent was friendly, and the facility looked clean and well-organized, which I appreciated. However, the equipment I received was defective. I noticed something unusual while still in the parking lot and told the attendant right away, but he convinced me it was normal. After driving for about 10 to 15 minutes, I realized I needed to get the trailer replaced. There was a lot of loud, abnormal noise, as if something was hitting my car from behind. I have rented these types of trailers several times before and have never had such a bad experience. As a result, I finished my moving project at 3 a.m. the next day instead of midnight. Please check your equipment beforehand. Thank you.
