No one answers the phone, no voicemail set up, business was closed and locked during normal business hours. Talked to a neighboring business, they said they never see anyone there. No paperwork to sign when picking up, had to call 800- Uhaul and be on hold for 35 minutes. Nobody there when it was returned during normal business hours. Had to call 800-Uhaul again and be on hold for 40 minutes just to check it back in. I'm done with UhaulDavid C.
This was the worst experience. I will never recommend picking up a truck from airport view location. No one was there the hand truck and moving blankets I reserved and paid for were not there.Tammy R.

Need to replace the drop off barcode with a QR code. The picture took a dozen times to get it to register. Good system, poor execution.Gordon T.

When we finally arrived at the location, the U Haul guy named Mike was wonderful, very helpful, and polite. It just took us over a half an hour to find the location.Margaret P.
