Pick a location where there are actual people who know how to unhitch the trailer and aren't a 80 yr old woman. She tried, but had to call in a young man who also didn't know what to do but atleast was strong enough to lift the trailer off my hitch.

William JDropped off the equipment after hours, but it was still day time when I did. Unsure why this place is even an option to drop off U-Haul equipment. I selected it because it was the closest return spot for my new address, but I wouldn’t consider it a good place to pick up anything.
