I was waiting from 6am for the truck and no one is at the location, online support was too bad and changed the location for another truck i went there and nobody is at the location even though it was 8:30am and the office open time is at 7:30AM, very very bad experience

Jamie DShop was very dismal and cluttered the person was not very friendly and hard to understand, was not clear on where wanted trailer dropped small lot was full had to re arrange 3 times to find spot to unhook it .
