Took us over 40 minutes to get the truck. There is no internet in the area, so we had to physically go down the road 1 mile to access the website. Was told all was ready to find cashier still having difficulty and needing to call U-Haul support. We were told this happens to everyone that accepts truck at the site. It would be beneficial to have internet company run a line to that location!
