I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8:30 AM and the office didn't open until 9:00 AM. I had great difficulty and frustration trying to get the 24/7 service to work on my phone and was never able to get it to work. Somehow my phone was blocking location and camera and I couldn't figure out how to change those settings. It was finally able to work on my wife's phone and we were able to get the key and truck.

DAVID SAfter making a reservation in store, I wasn’t able to reserve that specific truck. I assume I didn’t reserve it soon enough. Maybe the customer service person at the front desk can let the customer know to do that. The app was a bit difficult to maneuver through. I would much rather prefer to deal with a person behind the counter than ever reserve a truck on the app again.
Karla MI hate that when you reserve a UHaul trailer, you will not actually be getting your trailer at that location or returning it where you want to. It makes you feel completely taken advantage of. I'm reserving it, I should be able to count on it. This last time, the customer service person told me that even though I had to pick up in a completely out of the way location, I couldn't pick it up over the lunch break, and I couldn't be more than 30 minutes late or the reservation would go back in the system. If there was ANY other company to use other than UHaul, I would. We've had to use UHaul several times now, but I always hope I'll come up with a better option the next time. I just don't understand why you can't make reservations and stick to them.

RICHARD STruck had mud on driver’s side floor when we got it. We had a carry out food container in another truck we rented. And a backup light was burned out on another. Maybe I expect too much, or possibly Uhaul step up cleaning and inspecting the units. The trucks run great themselves, just a little bit more attention to detail would be great! This was our fifth truck to rent in the past four years after retiring in Iowa and getting settled in Arizona.

MICHAEL MWebsite is horrible. When the agent tried using it, lots of problems EVERY TIME I needed service. The agents went over and beyond...even with major computer issues. I give the AGENT SERVICE a 5 star . I give UHaul a 1 for back-2-back digital issues and then state I have to use the app to return in the truck.
JANET BFront end of truck was loose. Steering was poor. Lady I turned the truck back into could have care less about the steering.

Akual MFirst, my reservation was changed (without my consent) from a 26 foot truck to a 20 foot truck two days before my move. Which meant i would need two trips now. Then when I get there to pick up the uhaul at 5 am, someone left the wrong keys in the lockbox so I was unable to get the truck I didn't want in the first place until 8 am when the office opened. So my move was delayed 3 hours along with needing two trips now. I will NEVER use uhaul again nor will I recommend this company to anyone.
Tim SThere was only 1 truck for out of town driving and it was the biggest one that got about 5 mpg and was incredibly bouncy. Not great for moving things when they are flying all over.
