I dropped off after hours and the code scanner did not work on your website so I couldn't scan, so had to just leave the key and continue on the website. Then was charged a cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean, unless they did so because we GAVE BACK OLD MOVING BLANKETS we previously had that we never paid for on this trip. So UHAUL got back stuff we didn't owe you for and you charged us for it?
