You need to let customer las know that there is a 15 minute window they must abide to in order to check in. This facility was closed so nobody there to assist. I called the 800 number and waited over 20 mins and nobody would pickup. Had to call another local facility who then informed me about the 15 minute window. It was extremely frustrating process. Once I got in the truck, the engine light was on. I called 800 number, navigated the menus and no answer. Called local facility who then referred me to a U-Haul center. By then 50 mins had gone by. When I got home with the truck and pludgged in my scanner to the trucks odb port and the cause for the engine light was a faulty catalytic converter so I just drove the truck to my destination. Even though I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with, they charged me a buck and some change. The whole pickup process was a nightmare. Dark and dirty environment. Lady there was from India and I had difficulty understanding her. No signs or other indication this was a Uhaul store. There was one truck parked beside the building. I wouid never have chosen that site had I known.Ronald S.

Treated poorly by roadside assistance and customer service. Drove 2,000 miles with a dirty truck, barely a/c, transmission slipping and check engine light on and off 3 times. Truck pulled to the right, UHaul customer service management ignored my complaints.Jonathan E.
i ordered and paid for the furniture dolly that was not in the truck....the location was nothing less then very scary there were people all around this store mumbling and cat calling the whole time i was there. the truck was in very good condition and clean....ran well and ck in and out went good.Michelle C.

I did not feel safe in this location. Not marked well, if I had not seen others trucks behind building I would have questioned the address. Not maned, locked building in the late morning on Tuesday. The place could not read my phone so my location drop off was not registered. I had tired to drop off at Compass Storage on Walsingham Rd., but they had no room. I made two calls to UHaul about my drop off experience, the first call I was on hold for over thirty minutes before I could speak to a representative. They placed me on a brief hold the next person that was on the phone I could not even understand what they were saying, I asked three times with whom I was speaking and the hung up on me. I called back again, the second representative was very understanding and I could hear her enter my complaint on her key pad. She was very professional and said I would hear from U Haul in a few days. This was Tuesday, I heard from U Haul on Friday when a nice woman called asking when would I be returning the truck. The drop off center had not checked the truck in as yet. My drop off experience is rated below â€œ0â€.vickie P.

Location is old and difficult to access. Very sketchy, didn't feel safe. I had to drive by four other U-Haul dealers to get there including the one I had requested which was walking distance to my apartment.Russell C.

We utilized the mobile app to pick up truck. It was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We are a long term U-Haul customer (20+ years) and had to repeatedly send photos of Drivers License, Mortgage statement. Then the code to retrieve key did not work. It took almost 45 min. before we got the truck. Never again until U-Haul makes changes,Larry K.

It was absolutely disgusting. I pulled out the ramp and it had broken glass and rusted nails in the truck. Truck was heavily damaged. Women that worked at the store was talking to her faimly on the phone the entire transaction. That location needs to be removed immediately it's beyond disgustingBrent H.

The location is a complete and out of the way dive. No regular business hours so I used mobile for the whole rental. It's very hard to find even with GPS, and in an unsavory location. After returning my rental truck, clean and without damage, there was no one to take delivery even though it was not even 830pm and a supposed convenience store. Next thing I know, I'm being charged $59.99 for a rental contracted at $29.99, even though I returned the vehicle with more gas than I had rented it with. This location is off the beaten path, dark, scary, and unmanned. I would never, ever, recommend this uhaul location and I sincerely question Uhaul company to use this as a rental site. I have been cheated, and my debit card was fraudulently charged.Marie-Elise B.

This foodmart should not be a pickup location. The transaction took over 20 minutes due to the store proprietor checking out walk in. The location was dirty- they did not have the dolly I needed and I had to go to another location. The windshield was cracked so we had to change trucks/ This location had no packing supplies at all. I did the express check in and it took over 45 minutes to get paperwork completed. I requested a dolly, location did not have one. There wasn't a ramp on the truck which made moving a little more difficult. Was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul not to mention the additional costs I incurred due to movers were paid by the hour and having to purchase a dolly.Brenda P.
