The owner who I was dealing with was extremely rude from the start I made a shirt on way trip considering I lived not even a block away from the u haul he told me to get gas in the truck with a receipt I said that was fine. I realized on my way back that the gas tank was still on full I went to call him explaining to him I needed it for a very short 10 min ride to my location that the gas was still on full he went to cut me off and said get gas anyway and bring me the receipt. When I went to do this the gas spilled out all over me bc like I explained to him IT DID NOT NEED IT !!!!! I'm in the car business for over 20 years I know when the gas meter has moved and he should of known being a mechanicâ€¦. Guy at the neighbors automotive completely unprofessional and disgusting inside. But I guess for my cheap trip and rental whatever i was desperate but will never recommendSTEPHANIE G.
1. Vehicle back up camera and USB charging outlet including radio was not working. 2. When filled up the fuel and dropping it off. Guy From workshop ask me receipt for fuel or he will charge me $30 charge. When I told him I rent uhaul quite often and I have never heard of this ever before than he said that he have his location policy that he requires gas receipt other wise $30 charge. I told him he can charge me but I will call uhaul and never use the company again. Than he said he will not charge me the fee. I am very disappointed from this location. This is very unfair that each location have their own policies.SUFIAN R.

He just asked for the keys, and told me he will email receipt, didn't even look at the truck or check the amount of fuel in it. I picked it up with a 3/4 of a tank, so I returned it with the same. But nobody checked.RANDY R.

The guy Barry was extremely helpful with assisting me in which roads I could navigate to make the move. Staff backed the truck out for me and even did a COVID wipe down after he got out.KEVINA B.
If a customer rents a vehicle to pick up at a location on the day it was promised for the equipment that was chosen and it is held with a credit card, then the Corporation needs to hold that vehicle at that location,. I received an e mail when i landed after flying 1000 miles thru 3 airports to get to my destination that the vehicle I paid for and set up to pick up was no longer available and I would have to travel 120 miles to a different site to pick up what i ordered ahead of time months in advance. Then your Corporate CSR Department made me feel like they were doing me a big favor to hold a truck 120 miles from my location that if i wanted, I had to go get. THAT IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Your firm simply made a commitment and did not hold that commitment. The vendor that helped me bailed me out, NOT U - HAUL CORPORATE. Your top management team needs to re-evaluate how it does business and how committed you are to servicing your customer base. An absolute nightmare for me stuck with a kid moving out of a house 600 miles away from home and the equipment I planned for and rented weeks, months in advance was not available. We had to go back and have them fix the passenger door because there was a regular screw holding the door on rather than a hinge pin. This delayed our trip and added unnecessary miles to our trip.TIFFANYA M.

I would HIGHLY not recommend anyone ever visit this location. Service and person attending me was beyond terrible. Literally told me and my mom to not talk in Spanish, proceeds to tell us to take that talk outside that this is his â€œplayground. Avoid this location at all cost.Edgar A.

My truck was brand new at 342 miles on it 10 foot box truck. The thing ran incredible I couldn't believe how well the truck ran. The only thing was that there was a rattle at idle under the truck and I told the people when I dropped it off that they should look at. All in all excellent. Thank you.JOSEPHA JR C.

The Truck I rented was in such poor conditions mechanically that I felt that it was going to stall out on the road. There were so many lights on the dashboard that made me extremely nervous. I called the location to alert them but I was unable to reach anyone after they closed at 6:30p. Worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul!TRACY C.

I had to extend a reservation due to an emergency and called U-Haul to extend the reservation. This may have caused the location some inconvenience as all the other reservations for the truck For that week needed to be accommodated. The store manager Barry was clearly upset due to this change but was not rude and very nice. If I had known about this process, I would have contacted the location first before extending the reservation. It was not my intention to be an inconvenience for anyone. 5 star for Barry and the rental location.sajidur R.
