Well. First I Signed Up Completely Online And Was Just Ready To Pay As i am With Every Other Uhaul Location Ive Used. The Owner Changed my Mileage Selection By Force Increasing The Bill By $100 Without My Consent. He Said Because Hes Had A Girl In The Past Where She Selected An Amount And Then She Didnt Put Gas So Her Card Didnt Go Through When He Charged For Gas. He Claims Because It Was A Debit Card. I Said Thats Not True She Prob Just Ddint Have Enough Money In The Account.. He Claims Debit Cards Cant Be Charged Twice. Hes Wrong Cuz Ive Used Debit Every Time And Get Double Charged When Appropriate. And Actually His Shop Doublecharged Anyway This Time. Authorization Hold And Then The Final Price. But i Have To Say, Hes Wrong Right But i Think UHaul Is Wrong As Well. My Initial Authorization Hold Was $76.80. Then i Didnt Need To Be Charged That Much So You Charged Or He Charged me Again The Final Price $68.15. I Called UHaul And They Said Ill Have The Initial Price Refunded. But How Does That Make Sense. You Shouldve Just Reimbursed Me $8 Or Whatever Instead Of Temporarily Taking $140 From me..

VILAS Athe truck i was suppose to have was blocked in by another van. No big deal the employee just quickly gave me another van.The prior renter or whoever did leave the van dirty. But i didnt mind all my things i had to move wear in containers so they sidnt get messed up.I would rent from this location again.
