Took longer than usual to get checked out. Vehicle only had 1/4 tank of fuel, which we had to make an unplanned stop to add fuel so we would be sure to make out destination. We were already behind schedule and this added to the stress. Vehicle is very uncomfortable, with largely un-adjustable seats. I would not recommend this particular vehicle to anyone. Next time U-Haul notifies me that they are out of stock of a vehicle I previously reserved, they can put the little bit of extra effort to bring the vehicle to their main location. I have nothing but good things to say about Chehalis U-Haul. In the future, I will insist on dealing directly with them only, and not some secondary operation.

We were overcharged by 50 dollars for miles we absolutely didn't put on the vehicle. I followed behind it and my vehicle tracked 27 miles. We were charged for 58 miles. I double checked on Google maps, and my car was accurate. We also stopped just before dropping it off, and filled up the gas tank. Yet the receipt they sent said it only had 3/8 of a tank. I don't know what kind of racket is going on, but we have photographs and will be going in to dispute this.

I been at the montague location for the past 45 minutes and for some reason using the app to self return it was horrible !!

The truck was clean inside. What happened to pickup with a full tank and return with a full tank. The steering was VERY sloppy and the transmission made noises. Brakes were close to going to the floor board. Though the truck was less than desirable I would still use uhaul again.
