Nelson's Auto Body... Overhead doors up, no one there, office unlocked no one there. The phone number listed on my U-haul contract, no one answered. We walked all over this place hollaring for someone to hear us, and no one ever did. Poor excuse for a U-haul rental place. I googled and found another location just up the road and the guy at 2nd location was actually working both locations and he asked me to bring U-haul back down to Nelson's took the trailer off my truck and didn't know what to do with my contract. Totally clueless! I'm sorry, I normally don't give a bad review like this but this was totally unexcusable!!! He didn't even give me a receipt that I dropped off trailer!
