First, I suggest offering the customer the option to purchase or rent a lock for the Uhaul, to prevent potential theft from the start of the journey. Have them ask all the destinations, such as the drive back to their house, the location, gas station stops, etc. Also, they stated they listed my drop off location as "Customer is unsure of drop off location" but I was forced to drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to a location further away from me than the place I'd found later when I got here. The drive home plus that detour caused me to lose $42 that I hadn't planned for causing me to lack the funding for food and other essential items. I've very upset about this but there was no one I could complain to about it because U-haul isn't open on the weekends.

Didn't talk to anybody
TIMOTHY TU-Haul needs to make sure that the customer has enough miles to drive to another state and be able to actually use the U-Haul to move without being charged extra in the 4 days it is rented!
