My reservation I requested was at the standiford location. The day of my reservation, I was contacted saying the truck was not available at that location on standiford, and I was re routed to Nenas. Nenas was farther away which meant I had to spend more money on mileage than I wanted. Also, the pads I ordered were not in my truck. I contacted customer service and they let me know to pick up pads at another location on Kansas. So this meant A- my truck I ordered was not ready at the standiford OR Nenas location. B- my pads I ordered were not in the truck. C- We were forced to pick up the pads at a completely different location. The customer service rep did give me a 50 dollar credit for my troubles. However, regardless of the credit, I will still never use this service again or recommend it to any of my family or friends.

The location was 11 miles away when there were many closer U-Haul locations near to where I live. I order a hand/cart/dolly and it was not provided although I was advised to go to another location and pick one up. I did not have sufficient time to do that due to my tight moving schedule.

Karla PThe location is tiny and shares parking spaces with another business and has a municipal bus stop in front of the business so people are parked in the already small parking lot waiting for passengers. When I arrived, I was expecting to drop the trailer and have a U-Haul employee move the trailer to where they needed it to be. Normally this would not have been a problem but in this location, moving the trailer would require that my tow vehicle blocks traffic on a busy street.
