They tried to charge me for over 100 miles when I drove less than 30. I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the office no matter what time I called or how many times I called the number listed on the contract to get this corrected. I never received an email copy of the contract because they misspelled my email even though I told them 3 times exactly how to spell it. Thank God uhaul customer service stepped in and corrected everything.
