I had some issues with the ramp and door, and U Haul roadside service was great. When the owner of the rental location saw my missed call, he also called me. I wish he had told me verbally about needing to use the app to return the vehicle. He told me to just drop the key in the slot, and it wasn't until I got there and read the notice that I learned about needing to use the app and take a bunch of photos to save at $20 convenience fee.

RANDALL BThe U-Haul website did not show the inventory of trailers. I saw the trailer I needed but had to call the location to find the website is wrong. The owner made the experience easy from there.
MATTHEW MI felt the mobile pickup was extremely intrusive when it asked for people to call, or a passport. I think the driver license and picture of my face was enough to prove identity. Along with the card I had on file for the purchase. Now the rest of the app was great. I thought it was easy to follow and made pickup a breeze.
