The U-Haul website did not show the inventory of trailers. I saw the trailer I needed but had to call the location to find the website is wrong. The owner made the experience easy from there.

I felt the mobile pickup was extremely intrusive when it asked for people to call, or a passport. I think the driver license and picture of my face was enough to prove identity. Along with the card I had on file for the purchase. Now the rest of the app was great. I thought it was easy to follow and made pickup a breeze.
