They try to help but they were just a drop off place fid call uhaul to correct things and request a call back to my phone ye correct the charge on my billing

Katherine WCould not get my phone to recognize location for after hours return. Tried for over a half hour. Not sure how to improve that but it was very frustrating and eventually had to just give up.
Katie WWe picked up the trailer on Saturday, got it half loaded and the tire was flat, the place we rented from was closed on Sunday, we had movers hired for Saturday only to not be able to move anything due to poor equipment. The tires were in poor condition and should have been dependable!! We had to find another location, that was open on a Sunday, which was an hour and a half round trip, to exchange the flat tire trailer. I want a refund for my time and trouble, terrible customer service!!! U-Haul needs to reimburse us $98.58.
