TAMI SWasnt the locations fault but the truck wouldn't go faster then 45 without pulling to the left
TIARA KGeorge is an amazing human being!!!! A great hard working genuinely good man! He was absolutely excellent and caring!! He was great picking up my equipment even hooked my trailer up for me and pulled it around for me so I didnt have to bother backing up the trailer lol (I'm a woman) but again very very excellent service and a great human!!! If he could get elected & rewarded for being a great employee and human i would say 100% YES! Thank you for the great service George and will be returning!!!!

Shannon at Network 1 Logistics in Bad Axe, Michigan, went above and beyond to get me the best price and the right-sized truck. Then she went out of her way to get unloading help at the very last minute to save my back. I appreciate her expertise, her kindness, and her nothing-is-too-much-to-ask attitude. Shannon is now my go-to person for moving assistance. Thank you SO much!

JAMES FOur truck had broken down and we were 3 hours from home. There were no places to rent a car so we rented a Uhaul. We were given wonderful service, even advice on how to get to their office. Our situation was very stressful, and she went out of her way to help. So thank you to the team at the Uhaul in Bad Axe!

MICHELLE RI had some issues with the ramp and door, and U Haul roadside service was great. When the owner of the rental location saw my missed call, he also called me. I wish he had told me verbally about needing to use the app to return the vehicle. He told me to just drop the key in the slot, and it wasn't until I got there and read the notice that I learned about needing to use the app and take a bunch of photos to save at $20 convenience fee.

RANDALL BThe U-Haul website did not show the inventory of trailers. I saw the trailer I needed but had to call the location to find the website is wrong. The owner made the experience easy from there.
MATTHEW MI felt the mobile pickup was extremely intrusive when it asked for people to call, or a passport. I think the driver license and picture of my face was enough to prove identity. Along with the card I had on file for the purchase. Now the rest of the app was great. I thought it was easy to follow and made pickup a breeze.
