CODY SBrad at Bredenbury bailed me out. While the folks at Yorkton helped fix the issue Brad was the hero. I had booked a 5X8 enclosed trailer at the Yorkton Location, for pick-up at the Yorkton Location, about 2 weeks prior to needing it on Oct 12. On the 13th there was NOT a trailer for me anticipated. Chas contacted the 1-8XX number and I got Jennifer in Winnipeg. She told me that the closest available unit was in Swan River, MB. That was 2 hrs away. She was, while not rude, ignorant of the situation and did not help or even try to help me. All she kept asking was "How would you like me to proceed?" She did offer $100.00 off to cover my 'inconvenience. To shut her up I accepted an open trailer which she offered as a replacement. Chas, in Yorkton, contacted Brad in Bredenbury , about 0.5 hrs away and he did have a unit there. That very day he even brought it to the exact address that I needed it at in Yorkton. He backed int into my father-in-law's driveway and checked everything over with me. In my mind Brad went way above the standard of good service by giving me absolutely EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT SERVICE. In Yorkton Chas, and another lady there, went out of their way to help solve the problem, thus getting a exceptionally good service from me. Jennifer was of no help and exacerbated the situation with her robot like ignorance to the plight of a customer. I like how you started off the email that was sent by calling me a 'VALUED CUSTOMER'. Brad certainly made me feel that way. Chas and the Yorkton team did as well by searching for a possible solution for me. Jennifer should go on some re-training. If she was the only person that I dealt with, I would certainly NEVER USE U-HAUL EVER AGAIN. BRAD from Bredenbury and the Yorkton team restored my faith in the company and set a high standard for service. I WILL CERTAINLY USE U-HAUL IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF BRAD AND CHAS ETAL.

Dennis PI had to fit the trailer in a very tight spot with no one around and then I called to confirm that I could drop the trailer at that location and they said that I could, just give them a call when I dropped it which I did and was told they were at a funeral. I asked that the receipt be sent to me later and they said they would. Then 6 days later I was getting phone calls asking when the trailer would be returned.

jocelyn GWas told to park it there and it’ll be delt with. 2 days later was contacted by uhaul asking if I returned the trailer. And then 2 days after that contacted about where to send the deposit. Person operating the uhaul location did not care or have time to bother eight the uhaul due to friends or close customers being there. Lot looked like a chop shop and was worried about dropping my rental off there.

brent hWhen the trailer was picked up we checked that the brake and signal lights worked.. which they did, but we didn’t check the running night lights .. WHICH DID NOT WORK.. so we could not travel in the dark account they did not work..
Wayne BBooked a enclosed trailer at Yorkton Sk location. Day before pickup received a call, that trailer was not available but an open flat trailer was at that location. For an enclosed unit I’d have to pickup in Bredenbury. An extra 2hrs drive (there and back twice) and extra fuel on our part. Pickup day, the location staff were approximately 20 minutes late to open. Drop off next day, location to open 9am, nobody there. Waited until 10am before getting a phone number to call. The guy finally answers….. he was sleeping. So to improve for the next customer I’d suggest a good shakeup and try operating as a business!

Philip VThey rented us a trailer with the wrong sized rim that caused two tire blowouts within an approximately an hour of each other, endangering myself and my family twice in one morning. I have filed a complaint but the area manager, Adam, has so far refused to take us seriously.
MEGHAN GThe owner hung up on me when I asked for the dimensions of the u haul. He said Google it then hung up. Poor service all the way around. I had to threaten to bring a police escort because the owner was so rude. Icalled and complained to the regional manager but hes useless
Kerry DThe agent told me he would be there and when I called him he said he left then they didn't answer the phone when I and a U -haul agent called . The agent at the drop-off location lied to me over and over ad the supervisor charged me an outrageous amount to fuel up the truck and couldn't answer my questions .The u haul location sign on the door says open but it was closed . No one is there they are only there when they want to be I come to realize

cynthia bI wasn’t told that there was no block heater. It was -35 Celsius when I picked up the truck. I had to get a boost the morning I left so it delayed us an hour. Also a second key would be helpful because the first truck we tried to rent was started for warming up and the door somehow got locked. Thankfully they had a second truck this also delayed us for a bit.
