Ron BIt was a real experience trying to find the size of trailer that I needed. We had to drive 2 hours one way to pick it up!! The guy that had them at his shop in Bredenbury,sk had just had major surgery and said he was actually closed. Thankfully he came anyways to let us get the trailer!! We travelled from Virden Manitoba to Calgary and at Medicine Hat the lights on the right hand side stopped working!! We pulled over and had a look and one of the wires was broken!! The picking up was the most difficult! The drop off was awesome and very helpful!! There is a shortage of trailers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan is what I am told and that’s why it’s so hard to find them!!

CHRISTOPHER VWe dropped off a day earlier. We had called the location to find out no one was there as they were on holidays. I was advised that a cheque for deposit would be sent out by mail. It had been over a week, therefore I made a call to be told I had to wait 3-4 weeks for the deposit to be refunded back to me. Not impressed. This is the third time in past year using u-haul which has been nothing but a gong show.
