Trailer I picked up had light issues, I mentioned to them about the bad harness and they didn’t fix it. Tires were worn out made for a rough drive.

Location was not your typical Uhaul location so it wasn't inviting, nor would I expect an alternate location to be. For me it was all about location, and it was the closest drop off which is what I was looking for. People were super helpful in getting the trailer off the hitch and locating it on their own.

There's no words to describe how well I was treated at Never Ending Ingenuity. The owners were so nice and so very helpful. They not only rent out uhauls but also do body work, light mechanical work, baby sitting and pet sitting. I will definitely be seeing them soon for some work I need done on my car and I will also hire them to watch my animals and I have never left my dogs with anyone except my dad but I trust them enough to leave my pets under my care. Definitely 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Al at Never Ending Ingenuity was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances. Uhaul, the company, not this affiliate location, completely bungled my reservation that had been made WEEKS in advance, moving it from a hub location to this affiliate store on the other side of town (an extra 20min with traffic) where the only available 15' truck for a one way was already in use for another family, who were ALSO held up because of Uhaul, waiting for moving help to arrive. As a result, they extended their rental of the truck which left me and my family with nothing. Uhaul customer service cancelled my order. Again, I want to commend Al for doing what he could to help us. He DID get us a truck, a 26', which was much larger than we wanted and still somewhat dirty on the inside, but at least it was something and we were able to make it work despite its height initially posing a problem. I've never had a problem with Uhaul before, but the delays from the parent company easily made this the most stressful move of my life and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Staff was helpful. Had to walk around the neighborhood for into several doors to find out where teh UHaul shop was located since there was no signs to direct for service. Only clue that I was close were the UHauls scatterred around the block. Very poor direction for pick up. Very nice and polite staff once I found the correct place of business. There were too many obtstacles to overcome to pick up the equipment.

The vehicle I reserved was not available, I was provided an alternate option. I returned the truck and was charged a $30 fuel fee and $17.10 for gas, but only drove 6 miles of usage.
