Not a good service at all

Venkata Raghava GuddetiThe place was locked when I got there. I called a phone number and registered. A mechanic who was on site gave me the key. I had to contact U-Haul to add my son on and correct the drop off.
John Pummelllocation did not stage the reserved unit 10' and i ended up waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the location to open and process it for i cannot complete the mobile pickup if the truck is not staged by the location, per your customer support.
MARLON QUITIQUITIt’s not about the location. The person at the location was good and helped us. But the U-Haul service was disappointing. I had scheduled a mobile pick up at 10 am. First, my location was changed 2 days prior to the event. Then, when I reached the location and clicked on Pick up my truck, it said you are scheduled for hand delivery at 11am, the store is closed and I will have to wait. Finally, I got my truck at 11 am after making multiple calls standing outside the store in the cold. My 1 hour was wasted. I don’t think I can trust U-Haul again.
Krishna ThakkarFirst of all my reseration was for 10am and they arrived at 10:25am which was late causing me to be behind on my schedule pick up that I rented it for. They charged me for 22km when I know I didn't travel that far and I only used the van for an hour and a half. I was disappointed.

Marc BucayaI am super displeased with the service. I booked a van for 12pm and when I arrived at the pickup location, there was no one there to asssit me. I had to call the store owner and by the time he assited me, more than 1 hour had passed. Additionally, the worker told me that all i had to was drop the keys off after hours and i didn't need to do anything online. This was not true and i was charged extra even though i had dropped the van off within my time. Will not be returning.

Santhan Thamminenimy reservation is 2:45pm, and I arrive at 2:35pm. They give me the truck at 3:15 pm with full trunk of snow. I reserve the pick up truck one day before I go there to pick up at check out online already. They act too slow, too much waiting time. Unprofessional management. Even the key drop off box is stupid setting. The hole is too small I can't even insert the key into the box when I return it.

SAKIB CHOWDHURYI have rent at this location so many times and never had a problem. My charges are alway correct, I will get initial estimates but when I return the vehicle and I end up using less mileage and top up the gas as instructed, they never over charged me. Great place to rent

charles shungRepresentative hang on the calls and tell me to wait . She pick up the phone, and said “hello”, and tell me to wait for 30 minutes. I have no idea if the line is busy why she pick up cuz I already waited for 30minutes… When I pick up the truck, my reservation was on 9:30 am, and they give me at 11:00am. So I would have to delay to return. And they charged me the extension fees of $51.93….. which is very unreasonable and unfair..

Lekhaz AtyamVery very poor service. We booked our uhaul 1 week before just to make sure we do things according to our plan. We reached the place at 9:30 to pick the vehicle. There is no vehicle available. We asked the store owner and he says the other customer did not drop off the vehicle. We waited there till 11am just to be informed that we can get a vehicle only after 2pm. What nonsense is this.? We tried reaching customer care and they say there are no vehicles available. Why did they accecpt my booking in the 1st place when they clearly can’t delivery what they promised. Very very very bad experience.!
Prasanth TaripireddyHad a u haul booked for 11am got there at 10:50 on one there called the number I had told the person who answered the phone I had a booked u haul 15 cubic feet he told me the guy that had it before me dropped it of 15 minutes before I got there and said he want there but would call someone to give me keys I waited 2 hours for a truck and didn’t get the one I reserved I got a 10 cubic foot that was there the whole time I will never ever go to that location again nore tell any of my friends to go there I was on a time limit moving I had people wait to help me and it just put us all out this location is not professional at all and I think I should have been just giving a free u haul based on waiting almost 2 hours after my online reservation

Had booked a15 feet truck but on reaching the location the concerned person told us to manage with the 10feet truck as it was not available even after booking one week back. This was a bad experience till now using U-Haul service
Bhanu AgnihotriI was told that the maximum amount will be $173.00 . A bill for $118 was issued through the email.I I took the vehicle at 7 pm and dropped between 11.45 & 1 am. That was counted as 9 am in the following day.. I was charged $219. It is a looting and pure robbery.
Ananthakrishna PadinjarrayilI didn't had any major issues with this location. Only problem I had was with the Uhaul's self pickup. The app showed me one location for pickup, when it reached time of pickup, it showed me another location. then I had to drive to the new location. I tried multiple times to do the self pickup but the app failed to verify my photo(selfie). The customer care had a queue of more than 20 minutes. When I chatted to the support, they said the issue is happening because I am using browser. I was using mobile app all the time. I tried with two mobiles. The truck didn't looked like to be very clean. But it was Ok. Otherwise it was a good experience to drive the big truck.

angelo teixeiraDeceitful information was provided online. I booked this online for 24 hrs and the quotes rate was $19.95. Also, I didn’t accept the insurance coverage in my online booking. When I went to pick up the truck, the owner said he didn’t see my online check-in info, and he changed my booking unilaterally to add insurance without my consent. It’s only at the time of picking up the truck that he advised me that the rate was $19.95 for only 8 hrs where the online checking said $19.95 for 24 hrs. I was overcharged by about $62 in hidden fees
Semevo HessouThis is a repair shop, not a rental shop. Poor customer service made me wait since he was only one there whole he did an estimate on a car in an accident. Told me after all paperwork was done for me to hook up trailer myself with a recent knee replacement then said head office told him if customers don't help then he can't rent to them. When returned I had to unhook myself on a hillside with not blocking material around. Call me for more

Manish ReddyMy service is the worst I make a first reservation For 5PM and when I get to the location the person I was helping me is an able to proceed with the reservation and I have to cancel and I have to do another one and the app is not working one I finally finished at 7 PM and the car full of snow without a brush to clean it so I ran to be able to do some thing in the daylight and they run the car and keep it in a nice just to Parkette at home because the situation takes too long to me to check in and left the location and the bill comes I believe hi should be some discounts I will compensation because I’d stay two hours on the location and I have to clean the van without a brush this really bad service from both sides

Henry JohnsonOnline it's shows vehicle is available but when we go there the store is closed, there is no proper communication between the customer representative and the store owner. 1st we did store pick up - store is closed 2nd we ordered mobile pickup through phone call- checked in through mobile application- the app got stuck before giving me the access to mobile pick up for the vehicle key. Anyhow the owner is kind, he did understood our requirement and opened the store particularly for us to handover the key Very bad experience with the customer representative Was unhappy with service Finally after waiting for 3 hours from the actual appointment time we got our keys only because of the kindness of the owner

Spoke with mechanic again he said call this number. Spoke to attendant on phone said he would be back in 15 mins. Waited 20 mins. Called again he said he would call me back in 5 mins. Waited again 10 mins. Called him again, he booked the rental over the phone and said someone would be there to give me the keys to the van. Waited another 20 mins. Called him again he said keys should be there I was getting upset waiting and said to him this is a ******joke he said I am going to cancel your order. Just then the person I had originally met came out with the key. What a waste of my time. Very poor service.
David ClappThat man was very unprofessional Rude to woman and he was never in office when we went to rent... we got there at 3 for a 4pm booking and was told he gone to pray he will be back in 15mins we call after 15mins the man had calls forward to his cell phone call and he told us he's at the dentist on company time very rude.. never in my years did i experience such a don't care person..lack customer services.. he really shouldn't have a uhaul business.. honestly speaking

Douglas WalkerMy complaint is with Head office -I booked to pickup at your big centre on Kingston Rd - it was closer to me & I had a store credit for returned boxes. Instead I was sent farther away to a small Soto shop- very friendly & accommodating - but an inconvenience to me. I expected more from U Haul Head office. I still have an outstanding credit of $11.19 - VIP cert#12D22E18.

Russell Lozano MallareBooked a 4x8 trailer for $14.95, upon arrival I was told to call a number. There was NO ONE to assist or ask question. Connected the trailer myself and the guy on the phone advise someone will take a picture of the connection and I was sent on my way (no safety check or anything). Price is good but no service.

JUANSEBASTIAN ARIAS JIMENEZI wasn't told how much more I was being charged on top of what I had already paid. Sure it was only $2.22, but I would like to know what you are charging me before you take it from my card. The rental was for 24 hours and I only had it for 5 or 6 hours, and I returned it the same day so it could be rented out the next morning. for the 5-10 km I went over I think it would have been EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to WAIVE the charge of $2.22 to ensure customer loyalty.

Vong LyThe vendor wasn't there for open and I waited over 30 minutes for him to show up, causing me to be late for the pickup of my goods. Once in the truck, the odor was so bad I had to drive with the windows open the entire time

SUFIAN WAHEEDVehicle was not available at 8am with truck share app(was told I could access lock box for key; unavailable at that location). Had to call and wait for an hour and a half until establishment opened. Went to other location and was told couldn't get through to head office to enquire on our behalf. Truck worked well and was clean.
Charles FlatleyRashid Dosso have me wait for more than 40 minutes to give the car keys. He was not present at the time of my booking. I rented 15ft truck which was completely dirty with mask and rappers. Fuel tank was not according to the level that was mentioned in contract. He put the blame on area manager that truck went to repair so that is why its in appropriate readings. Kindly do something about this franchise owner !!
