Honestly, the experience was very poor. The customer support agent wasn't very nice or helpful. She wasn't the worst, but still, she told me the car was in the back, and when I went there, it wasn't there. When I asked her about it, she didn't even say sorry; she just said it was in the front, so I had to walk back again. This whole runaround took about 5 to 10 minutes. It's not a huge problem, but I wasn't happy about it. On top of that, the car itself smelled terrible. I had to keep the window open for my entire drive. I think someone must have broken an egg in the back seat and it wasn't cleaned up properly, which left a really bad smell.
