Before I returned the vehicle I filled it up to the proper level and amazingly I got charged 43.00 for gas. Customer service was friendly and fast. At the end they will get you for extra money any way they can. They did not want to go over the truck at the time of drop off. Only after a couple of days was my receipt emailed to me.When it was to late for me to prove I did put gas in. I still have the gas receipt.

The hours of operations needs to be updated. I reserved my rental for 930Am. Waited til 10am before someone arrived. Advised I booked for 930 and employee said they don’t open until 10. U-Haul and this location need to update their information!
CHARLIE CI was overcharged, I tried contacting them no response at all Would never recommend anyone.
Mohsinkhan Pi went and when they were showing me around the vehicle the keys got locked inside and couldnt open for 3 hours and then couldnt get the vehicle out of the snow. I am very disappointed so i had to book another vehicle after 4pm. Super waste of time. please refund.
