Upon entering the pickup location, I was informed that the cameras are in fact recording everything. The whole store was a mess and the worker was completely unorganized. I had to resubmit every detail of information I gave online and was challenged on the drop off location as the worker could not find it when I gave the address.MICAH C.

The U-Haul itself was filthy, covered in dog fur and obviously hadn't been cleaned. We waited for an hour and a half of the 8 hours she had submitted for our day because the dolly on site wasn't in the system. After waiting all the time, we were told we would have to wait even longer and finally left without the dolly. Our time was not adjusted to reflect the time spent waiting in the store either and there are charges that you all do not advertise. I will not be renting from U-Haul again.TIFFANY C.
When we arrived the agency was closed and there was no one to give us a key. After wandering the premises we finally found an open garage door with someone inside. When we inquired with the gentleman, he told us we would have to see her (without identifying who â€œherâ€ was), pointed at the closed and locked door, and shut the open door before we could ask any further questions. After wandering around the building for several minutes banging on various doors, we were finally admitted and issued our key by a lady who seemed a bit uncertain about what she was doing. She told us she had to keep the door locked because the regular business was closed, which I understand, but they should have some type of directions or contact method posted for situations like this, and the other gentleman who refused to help us was completely rude. This all took place after having to drive 3 hours out of our way after being told that the place where we were supposed to pick up didn't have the truck we were renting.Rachel W.

I was VERY disappointed to find U-HAUL does not approve of the Explorer Sport Trac for ANY trailer. When told I could not rent a trailer to pull behind my Sport Trac, I borrowed a Chevy that weighed less and has a smaller and lighter duty drive train and was told that would be fine.In the future I will be certain to avoid doing business with your company.JOHN A.

I did not want this location. I chose on in the town we lived in and was defaulted to this AFTER completing my reservation. This location was 45 minutes further out than we needed, so it cut down on our available mileage and only allowed us to make one trip with our belongings which caused us issue.Christopher T.

I don't even know where to start. After going to 3 locations and being treated rudely at the pawn shop on North Dixie, we (me and the 2 movers) had to drive 45 minutes away to get the truck and a dolly. The FIRST customer service rep PROMISED us that she called the location, verified that they were physically there and guaranteed us that they also had a dolly. When we finally got there 4 AND A HALF HOURS AFTER MY RESERVATIONS, not only was the truck that they issued me the wrong truck which also had a trailer attached and the key i retrieved from the box didn't even go to the truck i was issued. AFTER sitting in the heat with my movers, one of them gave up and i ended up having to move furniture after recently having hernia surgery. Then when we called UHAUL, the lady apologizes and gives me a number to call and im hung up on. Then, i call AGAIN and had to wait 23 minutes and 14 seconds before anyone answered. There was a man mowing grass who was related to the owner of the uhaul place and found the truck that the key fit. We then talked to a supervisor named Becky who was "on top of it". We ended up taking the truck that the keys fit. That was a good thing because we didn't hear from Becky again until 4 pm. We had JUST gotten the truck and would still have been waiting to hear back from ANYONE had we not just taken the truck we had access to 5 HOURS after my reservation. I had to pay one mover 60 dollars because he waited for the truck with us for 4 hours and i hired him at $15 an hour. My other mover i had to pay for 10 HOURS because i wasted her whole day. I don't know what my rights are, but i know that this will go down in history in my life of the absolute worst experience ive ever had when doing business with ANYONE.Tamatha G.

The location was adequate. But, the online ordering experience was NOT. I reserved online, as did others, and only one truck was available, but it was reserved for someone else who ordered in store. The nice gentleman their did call iHaul & they let me have it as long as I got it back quickly. If I had been later, getting their after someone else who had reserved truck, I would have not had a truck. I will NOT be using uHaul again. Going back to Penske at Home Depot. Only changed because this location is closer to me. Please have your online service updated to know what local places have available.Paula C.
