Personnel was not present as the location was closed so we self-returned the vehicle. The most difficult part of the return was dealing with the slowness of the app as I had to refresh several times. Otherwise, the location was adequate.

Herold JThe location was kind of scary & creepy. There were hookers sorry sex worker (to be PC) & the app once again didn’t work at all. We had so much trouble getting it to work. We had to drive a few blocks away to get it to work n pay. But other that everything was smooth. Oh n you should let people know they are being charge mileage. I was never told!! Sorry. Thanks
