My husband left his phone in the U-Haul.his cash app was used and tap to pay, resulting in a $200 loss. Theifs!!

I was supposed to drop off the trailer at a location close to me, however when I called I was told that they had too many at that location and I was forced to drive way out of my way, missing time at work, to drop off the trailer somewhere else. I did not appreciate that.
DONALD FUsed equipment for less than 8 hours term, was charged double for picking up 1 hour after original guess and dropping off 1 hour after original guess while still using the equip for less than 8 hours. "Safe Move" insurance plan is also shady as there is no breakdown of chargeable period. Contacted customer service after the fact and they opened a dispute and seemed dismissive after that point.

Thomas BWe rented the truck for 2 days of use, but only had it for 8 hours. We rented it around 3 pm on April 18th 2025 we were told if we brought the truck back the same day we would get a "deal". We returned the truck at 11:30pm the same day but were still charged for 2 days. We were told because we used the drop box after hours there was no way for us to get our money back and that we were basically screwed out of our money! Not to mention the inside of the cab was really muddy. Needless to say we are very unhappy with how this was handled! Being charged for 2 days when we only had the rental for 8 hours is unacceptable!!!!!!
JUSTIN NDid not help unhook the trailer. Didn't check anything with the trailer. Just told us where to put it and walked away.

DARYL AThis location was not prepared to rent U-Haul trailers. The store is a liquor store with one employee. My U-Haul rental was not a priority vs, selling liquor. This location had difficulty completing the rental due to a laptop with a dead battery and a non-working printer. Also, I was told that I could remove the trailer from my car which I do not think is correct. I noticed a dent on the trailer and I was told to take a picture of the dent, he did not document it on the receipt..

Edward BBusiness owner needs to be more prepared for rentals. This trailer had a lock on it that I had to cut off since I was 30 minutes away from the store. Poor service. I even called and they never called back.
WINONA CThe guy that "helped" me was an absolute jerk. I stood in front of him at the counter for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Once he did "help" me, he stated that he was going to charge me $200 for the dolly that I gave back to the rental facility I picked it up from on the same day. There were notes on my account stating that I had returned it (and the blankets), however, he says there were not any notes. He then refused to disconnect the trailer for me. I immediately called customer support and they stated they saw the notes that I returned the dolly and blankets and to just drop the trailer where it was and she would reach out to a region manager. She stated I would get my final receipt with the credit of the dolly and the blankets in a couple days. Five days went by and I still haven't received the receipt. So I called again. The agent told me he saw all the notes of the situation from the day I turned it in, but the trailer STILL had not been checked in. Again, he said he would reach out to a region manager and I would receive my receipt in a couple days. I told him I had been told that before and I would like a call back from the region manager. He stated he would have them call me. Two days later I received my final receipt (WITHOUT THE CREDIT I WAS PROMISED) and never received a call. I have rented 3 U-Haul trailers over the past 11 months and have had exceptional service until this last drop off. The guy running this location should not be representing you and U-Haul should keep their word when they tell their customers they will credit their account. Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!!

David FI requested a appliance dolly and didn't get one and the Fenton Market did not have a phone number to reach them to even let them know of this issue.
Wendy RI was picking up a 5x9 trailer and part of it was up against a large mound of dirt. This U-Haul location is very strange. The attendant offered no help and that I’d have to hook it up myself. I struggled with moving the trailer for the 10 minutes but got it hooked up and left. My drop off location in Shawnee KS was a completely different experience and a much better location.
Thomas RThe trailer was filthy on the inside and it was an enclosed trailer. We went to pick it up and there was a car blocking it. The attendant didn’t seem to be care that we needed the car moved to get the trailer out. We waited 30 mins to get the car moved. Then spent another 30 trying to get the mud out of trailer to use it. Terrible location. The parking lot is small and cramped. It’s an accident waiting to happen. I’ve rented a lot of trailers/trucks from y’all and I will not go back to this location ever again.
